order that we can provide an efficient and superior service.
This includes the very latest computer aided design software
with 3D imaging and presentation.

requirement or construction related project.

Our
charges are either;
(i) a fixed fee agreed with you
(ii) a percentage of the construction cost or
(iii) a competitive hourly rate charge based upon the time involved.
All
charges are exclusive of VAT and disbursements, such as mileage,
plan printing etc.
